Delmar is a suburban hamlet in the town of Bethlehem just south of Albany which encompasses 4382 square miles. It is in the Bethlehem School District. An easy commute to Albany and surrounding cities. It is also a short distance to the Adirondack, Catskill Mountains.
In 2005, CNN/Money Magazine named the Delmar as one of the "Best Places to Live" in America, rating it the 22nd best place to live among what it called "Great American Towns."
