Licensed R.E. Salesperson
I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself and what sets me apart from other real estate agents.
My business began in January 2002. Before entering real estate, I was an at-home mom for 12 years to four children. Currently my children are 26, 23, 21 and 18 (three boys and a girl). During my time at home, I worked as a volunteer for an international organization helping mothers and babies.
From the beginning of my business, it has been my desire to give my clients more than what they expected - to be a "cut above" the rest. Since starting my business, I have sold more than 550 homes!
My clients enjoy the process of buying and/or selling their home. I am not concerned about what price range a buyer or seller is in, nor am I concerned about how much money I make. I want motivated, trusting, loyal clients. When the transaction is over, I want my past clients to be my "cheerleaders" and refer me business, so I don't have to to the cold calling, door-knocking kind of business which is not only distasteful but takes me away from serving my clients. If I can't make my clients appreciative and satisfied then, in my opinion, I haven't done my job.
So who is Sandy Evans? I am a hard worker who is reachable and dependable. I pride myself on being a great negotiator who will work diligently on your behalf to get the home you desire sold or purchased. I make a commitment to represent only my client and will not work "both sides" of the transaction to double the money I make. I am consistently one of the highest-producing agents, not only in the Capital District, but in the State. I strive to work exclusively by referral so as to achieve the highest caliber client. I thank my past clients by hosting many "thank you" events, because without them, I wouldn't have a business. That is who I am, and I would look forward to serving you this year.
